Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, March 29, and provided our best horse racing tips.

Two narrow seconds with our two win bets and two fourths from our two each way priced plays basically sums up last Saturday. And don’t expect it to get any easier this week folks with Day 1 of The Championships set to kick off at Royal Randwick with four Group 1’s scheduled headlined by the time honoured Doncaster Mile.

With that in mind, it is important we knuckle down this Wednesday, in much the same way Cascadian did in the Australian Cup, and we build a bank for the tough weeks ahead.

With quality cards at Warwick Farm, Sandown, and Eagle Farm we have plunged head first into the form guide and done the hard yards for you.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, March 29.

Eagle Farm, Race 1 – 3. Jetpack Verdi ($3.00)

Ex Kiwi galloper purchased by the powerful Australian Bloodstock team now with Tony Gollan.

Found the line nicely over an unsuitable trip in his Aussie debut. Then led, and peaked late before being run down. Held down second place solidly.

Maloney stays on. Go again.

Warwick Farm, Race 2 – 3. Himalaism ($7.00/$2.30)

Going to roll the dice here on one of the more prolific non-winners on the Sydney maiden circuit and hope the ‘Magic Man’ Jo Moreira can wave his wand over this one.

Was desperately unlucky two back when forced across heels at the 200m after nothing presented itself along the inside, and dived late to just miss behind the stablemate.

We reluctantly tipped against him on the back of that, only because we were very confident in Queen Yuna at good odds in that race.

He was out quickened by the leader there but still chased home strongly to hold down 2nd place with a big margin to 3rd.

This is his best trip, and surprisingly he hasn’t raced at Warwick Farm, doing the majority of his NSW racing at either Canterbury or the Kenso, so there could be something to that.

Like what I’ve seen the past two. Wasn’t at all impressed by the Waterhouse filly first up so happy to take her on. And hoping the addition of Moreira can prove the trick.

Warwick Farm, Race 6 – 7. Arbitration ($3.50)

Very confident here with the Team Blue runner second up after a strong effort resuming.

He chased strongly there off a hot tempo over 1100m. Will get the pace on again here, and gets to 1300m with McDonald sticking.

Far from disgraced with his forays at Saturday grade last campaign, with sound efforts behind the O’Shea pair Pizzarro and Hell I Am. Then sitting deep throughout in one of Zac Lloyd’s early Saturday metro rides.

Competitive race but I think he has the class and the right race set up to win this.

Sandown, Race 5 – 10. Botany ($6.00/$2.25)

Talented mare when right who looks ready to produce again.

Has shown plenty of ability but has mixed her form at the same time.

Given a very quiet ride first up, then showed she is back near right with a solid finish last start.

Ben Melham has elected to stay on board which is a solid lead. Stays at 1400m, and against the girls, and at Sandown which suits her withering finish.

Well priced in an open race.

Warwick Farm, Race 8 – 6. Famous Pedrille ($12/$3.80)

Very genuine gelding who will give you a good run for your money at big odds here.

Strong winner first up under a big impost, and has paid the penalty since.

Hasn’t put a foot wrong in his next two outings in what look reasonably strong form races. And they wisely claim here in a race void of pace.

Sure to give plenty of cheek at big odds.
