Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, March 15, and provided our best horse racing tips.

Little fish are sweet they say, and whilst we threw our line into the deep water Saturday chasing a couple of big catches for no result, we did save from going hungry on account of a couple of short priced good things we anchored in all up.

Back to an easier looking card here midweek at regular Wednesday venues, Sandown, Warwick Farm, and Eagle Farm where we will once again be looking to build a bank for the big weekend ahead headlined by the Group 1 Golden Slipper at Rosehill.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, March 15.

Warwick Farm, Race 1 – 1. Gago ($4.20)

Probably needs to win this just to cover all the recent scratching fees.

We declared him the last two weeks only to see him come out race morning on both occasions.

I was less confident last week when they entered him back in trip, but happy to go with him here back at the mile. I’m hoping they were thinking the same and that is why he came out.

He’s got a big action, and needs to be reminded of what he’s there for. The shadow roll on and Nash Rawiller will both help in that department.

The 59kg, the month between runs now both concerns, but this is fairly thin as is evident by the stablemate Ring Ahoy starting favourite who is an absolute ‘nonny’.

Best horse in the race, can overcome the negatives.

Sandown, Race 2 – 2. Knife Talk ($4.40)

Really liked his debut when chasing home a handy maiden galloper.

Drawn to get a similar run here, and will appreciate getting to Sandown from Ballarat.

Johnny Allen sticks. He will be right in the finish if he reproduces his debut.

Warwick Farm, Race 7 – 7. Lascars ($4.80/$1.95)

McDonald played it too cute and waited too long to angle into a run first up. And then went too early last start riding against his main rival in the race as opposed to riding his own race.

Don’t think it would have mattered, as Headwall is very talented, and with J Mac sidelined Josh Parr gets his chance here.

Third up, 1100m now and from a good draw with a hungry rider.

No excuses today.

Warwick Farm, Race 8 – 4. Mars Mission ($8.00/$2.65)

Four deep in a field of seven last start.

Senior rider takes over here, excellent 2nd up record and fitter for the hit out.

Draws poorly again here but hoping Avdulla can pull the right rein.

He has a bit of quality about him and I don’t want to miss him at the price.

Eagle Farm, Race 9 – 12. Hang Five ($2.80)

Has always shown ability but has proven tricky in the past and shown he’s more than happy to drop the bit and not put in if you let him.

Liked the positive tactics from Brodie Loy last start and like him getting out over further.

They might have unlocked his true ability last time out, and if that’s the case, he looks well in here for a progressive type.
