Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, December 20, and provided our best horse racing tips.

An untimely tough day at the office on Saturday with two seconds from our more fancied selections, whilst the rest failed to so much as get hot leaving us thinking we might get left out in the cold this Christmas.

But we are determined to bounce back this Wednesday with selections at Warwick Farm, Doomben and in the feature race last on the card at Flemington.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, December 20.

Warwick Farm, Race 1 – 5. Miss Piera ($3.20)

Great to see the first of the Pierata’s hitting the track.

She looks like a ready made jump and run filly from a barn that has a great record with 2YO’s.

Drawn out a little but with rain forecast and the rail out, forward and perhaps a couple off at your choosing seems like the place you are going to want to be.

Rachel King looks ideally suited.

Wasn’t all that impressed by anything else in this race’s trials. And she ran handy enough time to say she’ll take some catching first start at the 1000m.

Warwick Farm, Race 2 – 9. Vanquished ($2.70)

I really like the top weight as a horse but it is very hard to go past the Waterhouse and Bott runner here, 3rd up at 1300m.

Barrier two with Rachel King aboard after two strong on pace efforts.

We have the trail out and rain predicted. It could be a dash to the front and find the best going, and if that’s the case, you would think this fellow will break through here.

Doomben, Race 2 – 9. Certainlycan ($1.39)

She definitely needs this win, and the barrier gods have done her no favours, but I still think she’s good enough to get the job done.

Good run on debut behind a smart pair.

Tipped straight out. Resumed in good style, just the draw cost her there.

Then far from disgraced in stakes grade 2nd up.

Big class drop. Jimmy Orman replaces Angela Jones.

Warwick Farm, Race 4 – 4. Sovereign Fund ($6.50/$2.35)

I’m certain he has a good race in him.

He’s obviously not the soundest horse going by his short preps to date. But he certainly is talented.

His two wins have come first and second up so I’m prepared to say he does his best racing fresh which would align with his soundness issues.

Trialled in the best time of the morning in his only trial at Randwick.

Worth one last try here fresh, at odds, with a perfect draw.

Flemington, Race 7 – 2. Malkovich ($3.10)

Two strong trials and a bold showing first up has him primed for this.

It took a strong showing from Dragonstone on a 7 day back up to bring him undone there.

He hits this fitter, and a track and trip he loves.

The Dragonstone form line looks superior to what he competes against here.

Looks like a race they’ve targeted and rightfully so.

Looks like a nice anchor bet for the day.
