Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, December 13, and provided our best horse racing tips.

Drilling into the showcase meeting at Wyong this week which includes a couple of Magic Millions races as we attempt to stuff that Christmas stocking.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, December 13.

Wyong, Race 3 – 6. Mistress ($5.00/$2.00)

Well bred and lightly raced mare being out of former Toorak Handicap winner Allez Wonder.

The 4YO has the two wins and two placings from just 8 starts. Her most recent win was a very strong effort late to score over the mile at Scone.

She failed in her next outing and was sent straight to the paddock.

Resumed over 1500m after 6 months off with a very nice run behind the smart Shuri where she ran into a minor placing late and had a widening margin to 4th.

The mile and possibly further is going to be her go heading forward, and she hits a fairly thin race 2nd up at the trip from a good draw with a good pilot aboard.

Be shocked if she doesn’t run top 2 at least and has opened at an each-way price.

Wyong, Race 4 – 6. Royal Merchant ($1.95)

Group 1 winner against older horses as a 3YO.

Not much has gone right for her since, but genuine excuses in at least a couple of those runs.

Had her chance last start but just appeared to lack the confidence to put a race away.

A kill in a soft trial and then a set of blinkers going on for this.

Looks the perfect remedy. Short enough but has panels on these if she is right in the head.

Wyong, Race 6 – 8. Toque ($3.70)

You’d be silly not to play the odds here.

The Waterhouse runner has two very good trial wins under his belt and gets Tim Clark from a good draw over 1100m.

The favourite was asked to stretch out when winning on debut, the form behind it isn’t standing up, and it has the outside draw.

All told, the difference between them both at this stage is one race start / one race win, which if you lined those two stats up in four or five month’s time, it would be fish ‘n’ chip wrapping.

The favourite is a massive risk. And the 8 looks a ready made 2YO from a barn that produces as much.

Wyong, Race 7 – 8. Bojangles ($2.65)

A little bit too cute for comfort last start by T Berry if you took the shorts about him, but he was very effective when given clear air.

Suggest he’ll just come at these with one run on account of the poor draw. And if he’s within cooee of them, it will be all over by the 100m.

Tricky circuit, but the rider has his eye in. And he only has one plan to execute, which always helps.

Mornington, Race 5 – 6. Scream ($3.80)

Two very unassertive rides from two very average jockeys his past two.

Would have won at Bairnsdale with a positive ride and would have run top 2 at The Valley from a better draw.

Barrier 4, J Kah. There will be no mistakes here.

He’s a very talented sprinter, certainly better than this sort of company.

Should do a job on them with the right rider on board.
