Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, April 6, and provided our best horse racing tips.

Looks like a day to kick back and cheer a fat multi home. Nothing jumping off the page at us at silly odds, however there does look to be a good number of well found runners who should be able to get the job done on even terms.

With the Sydney meeting hanging in the balance once again, we’ve studied hard and looked far and wide to try and find you a winner this Wednesday, with Sandown, Canterbury, Ipswich and Balaclava included in our top picks.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, March 6.

Sandown, Race 1 – 1. Foujita San ($1.45)

Very skinny but expect he’ll be winning so he does look a nice little multiplier for your multi for the day.

Did absolutely everything right on debut but just found one better in Zamborghini who does look above average, and there was a big margin third.

Hard to find anything out of the raced brigade or from the trial files that will be troubling him here.

Ipswich, Race 1 – 4. Johnny Dash ($2.00)

We certainly hope Johnny can dash, and he gets us the Johnny ‘Cash’ early doors here at Ipswich.

This I Am Invincible colt has had two trials to date, and showed us enough improvement from the first to the second to suggest he is close to a good thing here.

Bungled the start at his first public outing before holding his ground in the straight, then bounced in front the next time we saw him, doing everything right in transit for a nice third to the fast finishing and very handy Shalatin.

Would only need to run up to that to be winning here.

Canterbury, Race 4 – 6. California Surreal ($7.50/$2.65)

Wide open affair this one, $7.50 in the field at time of writing and that horse is one he beat on even terms last time.

He drew the wrong part of the track that day and he was six weeks between runs so his effort probably had more merit than it appeared.

He strips fitter for that which is crucial on the ground they are racing on in Sydney at the moment, and he’s had a few confidence building runs on shifty tracks now to build a bit of confidence.

Quite talented, we just hope the forecast isn’t as bad for Wednesday as it reads at time of print and the Sydney participants can get a bit of luck go their way.

Balaclava, Race 3 – 12. Honey Perfection ($7.50/$2.35)

We are going with the only two year old in the race here.

Just the one public outing over 600m late last year doesn’t give us much to go off, but the stable do place their horses very well, this race carries a bonus she is eligible for, and they’ve booked Vorster.

She would only need to be able to get out of her own way to be winning this.

Canterbury, Race 5 – 3. Andermatt ($2.60)

There looks just the one danger on paper, Dragonstone, and he just hasn’t quite been at his best on the wet ground of late.

Andermatt is the class runner of the field and the win in Saturday grade on a heavy track really stamps him here.

Two sound trials, typical Godolphin stuff, and J-Mac to steer. He looks one of the better bets of the day.

Best Bet – 3. Andermatt (Canterbury, Race 5)
Next Best – 4. Johnny Dash (Ipswich, Race 1)
Best Roughie – 6. California Surreal (Canterbury, Race 4)
