Free Horse Racing Tips - 21st Jan

Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Saturday, January 21, and provided our best horse racing tips.

Five picks across four states this Saturday where we are hoping first of all to just make it through the day without a meeting falling over, and then of course find plenty of winners for you after that.

It’s been a wild couple of weeks in the racing world with barriers getting bogged, tumbleweeds taking over tracks, and rogue sprinklers acting out in the dead of night.

Hopefully all that is behind us and we can take human error out of the equation and start rewarding the patience of punters which has been well and truly tested of late.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Saturday, January 21.

Gawler, Race 4 – 8. Toast The Deel ($6.00/$2.25)

*This horse has since been scratched.*

Eased back from a poor draw then sat deep throughout when debuting for the new barn.

Chased home strongly. Went super.

Easy to see why they thought enough of him off that run to bring him to a Saturday metro meeting.

Senior rider takes over. Draws better. Suited by going from Oakbank to Gawler. And has race experience on his side.

Early price looks generous. I think he’s the one they need to beat.

Doomben, Race 6 – 3. Wairere Falls ($4.60/$1.90)

He has put the writing on the wall with his two runs this time in.

Can be a bit of a deceiver at times, but he does hold his form well, albeit without the greatest winning strike rate.

Draws well and gets Jimmy Orman. He looks primed for the mile third up.

Ready to win.

Randwick, Race 8 – 5. Shalailed ($10/$3.30)

Nice colt who comes out of the 3YO Wyong Magic Millions race where he didn’t have much luck late.

Hell I Am has franked that form nicely, sitting deep throughout and going down narrowly in the 3YO Guineas at the Gold Coast on Thursday.

Yet to be tried at 1400m but does give the impression he is ready for it. Yet to win on a good track but there is rain about, and he has gone very close in the past so that is a non issue.

Avdulla reunites who has a good record on him.

Expect him to run well. Deserves a win.

Moonee Valley, Race 8 – 11. Pounding ($4.40)

Love the way he has attacked the line his past two.

I think they made the right move to scratch last Saturday on a firm track and with a big weight.

Drops back down the weights here. He does meet So Si Bon slightly worse off from their last clash, but he is not the most reliable conveyance and you get Jamie Kah at 53kg replacing a claiming apprentice.

Racing in great heart. He is hard fit so the week off won’t hurt. Drawn perfect and is a winner here in the past.

Doomben, Race 8 – 9. Rogue Rocker ($10/$3.20)

Talented galloper who has been plagued with niggling injuries.

Resumed on Christmas eve after 18 months off and blew out the gate in the betting.

Had to be hunted to stay with them over the unsuitable trip, then did his customary couple of things wrong in the run home, but he hit the line strongly for a closing second.

Goes to a bigger track, 1350m 2nd up. He gets back and runs on so I’m not fussed by the draw.

Take any market push very seriously.
