The Weekend Hussler Stakes is a 1400m Listed race held at Caulfield Racecourse in Melbourne. The handicap has a prize pool of $140,000 and in 2020 will be run on Saturday, October 10, the same day as four Group 1s at Caulfield.
The 2019 edition of the Weekend Hussler Stakes was won by Rox The Castle. Manolo Blahniq and Renewal finished second and third respectively, while top-weight Pacodali rounded out the first four. Rox The Castle only ran one more race in the spring, finishing fifth in the Listed Sale Cup.

The race takes its name from champion horse Weekend Hussler. He won multiple Group 1s, including the Underwood Stakes, Caulfield Guineas and Newmarket Handicap. The first running of the Weekend Hussler Stakes was in 2012, with Instinction claiming victory.
Jockey Luke Nolen has had good success in the race over recent years. In the last three runnings of the Weekend Hussler Stakes, he has claimed victory twice, guiding Rox The Castle to victory in 2019 and riding Fast ’n’ Rocking in 2017.
Rox The Castle clocked 1:23.77 to win the race in 2019, however, the fastest time in the race belongs to Iconoclasm. In 2018, he ran 1:22.25 to claim victory over Fastnet Tempest and Sircconi.
