We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Saturday, November 20th, and provided our best horse racing tips!

There is feature racing across the country, and we have provided you with a runner-by-runner preview and The Shark’s best tips for The Gong – here and the Railway Stakes – here! Outside of that, we have looked to find some value and some winners for our followers, so read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Saturday, November 20th!

Ballarat, Race 6 – 8. Marabi ($2.25)

Marabi puts her undefeated record on the line when she lines up at Ballarat on Saturday. She is a perfect 3/3 and has shown an exceptional turn of foot, reeling off some very impressive L600m splits. She has started under $1.25 in each of her last two starts and her three wins have come by a combined 15.5 lengths. She won comfortably in this grade last start and there is no reason why she can’t again today.

Ballarat, Race 8 – 11. Thought Of That ($3)

There was some worry for Thought Of That with the original forecast but there isn’t nearly as much rain forecast now, if any at all. He keeps Linda Meech on board and has won his last three races by a combined 10.1L, including beating Skyman ($8.50) by 2.8L last start, and he only meets the Waller runner 0.5kg worse at the weights for this race. Zayydani is clearly a danger, considering she won over this distance on Stakes Day, but she increases 1.5kg from that run and has 3kg more than Thought Of That, and with Sportsbet offering bonus back to 4th at Ballarat, the Maher/Eustace gelding looks a great bet in the Ballarat Cup.

Ascot, Race 4 – 2. Ginger Flyer ($7/$2.40)

Ginger Flyer has had an outstanding preparation with three wins and three seconds from six runs. The Simon Miller mare is on the quick back-up from a strong 1400m race last week and rises to 1600m, which is her best distance (3:1-1-1). She is yet to miss the place at Ascot, including four wins from seven runs, and her place odds are almost the same as the favourite’s odds to win, so we are happy to take her as our Best Roughie.

Sunshine Coast, Race 8 – 1. Ligulate ($3)

We are very happy to take the $3 offer about Ligulate. He is unlucky not to come in with back to back wins under the belt, coming 2nd at Doomben two back when being forced to go widest around them in the straight after settling on the rails. He then atoned for that with a 1.8L win at Eagle Farm over 1500m two weeks ago. He now steps up to 1600m where he has two wins and a third from seven career runs and if Andrew Mallyon can get him more forward in his run, like last start, from barrier 3, he should be running over the top of them to win comfortably.

Sunshine Coast, Race 9 – 6. Sir Warwick ($4.20)

We round out the day with the aptly named Sir Warwick in the last at the Sunshine Coast. He has put up a picket fence this preparation, going 4/4, and we like him to add a fifth. His first three races were over 1200m, which this race is as well, and the key is that he will find a good track. Sir Warwick has 10 career starts for five wins and a third, but is a perfect 3/3 on good tracks and four of his five career wins have come at the distance. We are more than happy to round out the day with a nibble on Sir Warwick and see where it takes us.

Best Bet – 1. Ligulate (Sunshine Coast, Race 8)
Next Best – 8. Marabi (Ballarat, Race 6)
Best Roughie – 2. Ginger Flyer (Ascot, Race 4)
