Free Horse Racing Tips - 15th Nov

Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, November 15, and provided our best horse racing tips.

If you feel a little bit like the walking wounded this week don’t despair. You are not alone.

Plenty of soreheads, sick days and stories to tell no doubt from a carnival that had a distinct, but very different, international flavour to what many had expected.

Shoulder to the wheel, nose to the grindstone and all that kind of stuff though here at The Racing Sharks as we have you covered once again for midweek racing around this big brown land.

We’ve narrowed it down to just the two meetings this Wednesday, with a strong card at Doomben supported by a decent meeting at Rosehill whilst we give some of the Victorian cattle a chance to recuperate.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, November 15.

Rosehill, Race 1 – 4. Storm Boy ($1.80)

Always fun trying to line up these pre-christmas 2YOs.

If you had one that showed a bit early, you certainly wouldn’t mind having it in this.

Very hard to go past the Waterhouse and Bott runner though. The barn has an excellent record with their juveniles and he looks a ready made type.

He’s shown plenty of zip, coming out strong in the first trial, then dwelling a bit to race through and lead in the 2nd trial before racing well clear and in good time on both occasions.

Even if he does come out a bit tardy off the 2 here, I doubt he’ll be alone given they are all inexperienced and he should lead easily.

I liked the #1’s racing pattern but the #3 certainly has him on times. They look the only two dangers but I think they’ll both be better at six furlongs.

Tim Clark to steer. He doesn’t make too many errors on these types of gallopers.

Doomben, Race 2 – 11. Margot’s Bullseye ($2.75)

Two here I really like. Leaning towards the filly over the gelding though.

Both her and Impendor are coming out the same race last start.

He went back from an outside draw and was basically able to let down with an uninterrupted passage.

The Heathcote filly on the other hand settled probably closer than what is her preferred pattern from a good draw then the run just disappeared when she was looking to work into the race.

Both draw wide again here but expect she’ll settle a pair better than him and provided she can get under his neck turning for home, she should prove too hard to catch.

Going to 1200m suits, and the run behind Action King really stands out as a superior form line.

Hopefully get punter’s off to a good start on what looks an attractive Doomben program.

Doomben, Race 3 – 9. Certainlycan ($2.15)

Another ripper race with the team at RQLD really seeing the dividends out of their QTIS incentive scheme.

Too hard to go past the Gollan trained filly going off what she did on debut.

Horses she finished behind and around in that race are pretty handy and I have a bit of time for the Snowden filly Queen of Dragons that she went to the line with.

It came out and ran a good 2nd at Flemington on Cup day. And you have to think that all lines up well for this race on the back of a very nice trial.

Beautantes is a little bit suspect at 1200m especially first up.

Big fan of Denote, she always tries her guts out but she is by Justify which suggests she is looking for further, her trial was just fair, and she doesn’t appear to have grown much in her time off.

Think this wins even in spite of the bad draw.

Doomben, Race 4 – 6. Dark Chill ($4.80/$1.95)

I really like the idea of him going straight to the mile 2nd up.

They fluffed around with this bloke last prep before he finally got to this track, trip and distance and broke his maiden.

He went super first up over 1200m, a much better run than it reads in the form guide.

He is a better horse than what his page reads, and he can go through his grades once he hits his right range.

Typically slow maturing breed. Ben Thompson sticks.

Happy to stay with him off his first up effort.

Rosehill, Race 5 – 6. The King ($3.70)

A bit to line up here again.

This colt has been disappointing in the past, but you just have to believe your eyes sometimes.

The form guide would steer you to Cloudland given it beat Shadows of Love last start who was nearly the win of the day on Saturday. But Cloudland did get all the favours on that occasion, saving plenty of ground along the paint.

This bloke is coming out of a weaker grade race but he never looked like getting beat at Kembla, a positive ride with a strong senior rider driving him straight to the front.

Goes from 1200m to 1300m which poses no issue off his last effort, particularly at Rosehill with a +7m rail. Chad Schofield rides from a good draw.

Been a different horse since the visors went on, always had talent, and looks set to go on with it.
