Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Wednesday, April 13, and provided our best horse racing tips.

We are sure there are plenty still on a high after all the action of Saturday, Day 2 of The Championships, at Royal Randwick, where they are on again this week with the All Aged Stakes, and the Champagne Stakes, but there are plenty of winners to be had between now and then and we have scoured some quality midweek fields across Geelong, Hawkesbury and Doomben to find you our best bets.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Wednesday, April 13.

Hawkesbury, Race 1 – 2. Deep Expectation ($2.30)

Going with the four start veteran here.

She’s been very honest to date, and her best two of her four runs have been on rain affected ground.

Nothing jumps off the page from the trial files, and like the idea of Nash climbing aboard an on pacer.

Looks the one most likely.

Hawkesbury, Race 2 – 10. Shalailed ($2.90)

A lot to like here.

O’Shea/Bowman is a great start. Did it easy in its most recent trial, another big plus, and if that wasn’t enough, the form that has come out of his 2nd start where he ran a very sound third to Russian Conquest and Snitcat (2nd and 3rd to Coolangatta in the 2YO Millions) is surely enough to suggest he is one of the better bets of the day.

Drawn well and trialed super on the heavy. Best of the day.

Geelong, Race 3 – 1. Dun Warrior ($1.70)

We tipped it here and it should have won pulling up but could never build momentum until it was all over on debut.

Gets its chance against this lot, certainly short enough, but the video was hard to miss.

Jamie Kah stays on, drawn just off the fence this time, should be winning.

Hawkesbury, Race 4 – 10. Sound of Cannons ($6.50/$2.45)

Drew the extreme outside last start but it wasn’t like they were a bunch of Oakleigh Plate types so it is fair to say it was an overly negative ride. Eye catching when finding the line from a mile back over the final stages.

Big wrap on the winner of that race, from a stable Berry has an affiliation with, and he sticks with the O’Shea galloper again here. Silly odds.

Doomben, Race 5 – 5. Uncle Russ ($1.90)

Took a few strides to muster on debut before quickly opening up a big margin. Incredibly dominant, and looks to have a very big future.

Can’t see anything out of this bunch causing him too many problems here. Looks a nice multiplier for multi players.

Best Bet – 10. Shalailed (Hawkesbury, Race 2)
Next Best – 1. Dun Warrior (Geelong, Race 3)
Best Roughie – 10. Sound of Cannons (Hawkesbury, Race 4)
