Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed?

We'll message you the best tips for today!

We have studied the form from all races across the country for Saturday, May 28, and provided our best horse racing tips.

It’s the Doomben Cup meeting, take 2 this week. Still on a rain affected track. Still worth a million bucks. And still run at Eagle Farm,

Confused yet? Well there’s no need to be because we have all your punting needs attended to right here whether you’re betting in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

We have made five selections in total and are confident that we have found you some winners! So, read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Saturday, May 28.

Caulfield, Race 3 – 9. Naval Seal ($4.60)

I suspected there was a bit more to the Waterford race than we can see on paper and it appears right with two horses from the same barn as the winner came from, going on to win well in races since.

None more so than Naval Seal who displayed his talent to the full extent last start.

I doubt that is the bottom of him and even though he might have taken one for the team a few starts back, I’m certain he’s destined for better accolades than this.

Looks one of the better bets of the day.

Eagle Farm, Race 5 – 6. Huetor ($12/$2.35)

We tipped him best roughie of the day last week on the premise that the track was far from his ideal surface. We get a soft track this week at acceptance time with a positive forecast so why would we jump off?

He may well run a good second to Zaaki, but he is legitimate each way odds and has been genuinely set for these next two races.

Eagle Farm, Race 6 – 13. Arentee ($26/$6.00)

*This horse has since been scratched.*

Courageous effort last start when stepping from a Class 3 win to open company.

He was deep all the way sitting outside of Ranch Hand but still had the audacity to look the winner at the 250m.

The tough run told in the end but still did well to hold down 3rd.

This is no easier going to stakes grade and drawn off the track again. Hard to see them adopting the same tactics, but given the quality he has shown and the fact he handles the going, he is a worth a play at big odds.

Randwick, Race 7 – 3. Andermatt ($2.10)

They were dual accepted at the Scone meeting and they went to the wrong race with the wrong rider and it came back to bite them hard.

This looks a lot more suitable. He looked a genuine top liner on what we saw post gelding and if you subscribe to the adage that you always forgive a good horse one bad run, then this is the classic example.

Think he wins this rather comfortably.

Caulfield, Race 7 – 2. Grandslam ($2.70)

Out in trip and tried to dictate on a very trying surface on day 3 at The ‘Bool. He’s not the only horse we are forgiving on the back of that carnival.

This looks far more suitable, Linda Meech up, rail out 11m and a Good surface.

Plenty to like here and still a backable quote.
