We'll message you the best tips for today!
We have studied the form from all races across the country for Saturday, November 13th, and provided our best horse racing tips!
There is feature racing across the country, and we have provided you with a runner-by-runner preview and The Shark’s best tips for The Hunter – here! Outside of that, we have looked to find some value and some winners for our followers, so read on below to find our best horse racing tips for this Saturday, November 13th!
Cranbourne, Race 5 – 2. Belle Plaisir ($11/$2.70)
We are more than happy to bet around April Rain, considering she is $1.95 at the moment and hasn’t won in her last four starts. Belle Plaisir beat April Rain home two weeks ago when they met at Flemington and looks ready to burst in her third run over here in Australia. She loves the wet track and will be hoping even more rain comes and has won third up previously. Given her place odds are more than the favourite’s odds to win, this looks like a great 1×3 play (1 unit win, 3 units place).
Cranbourne, Race 7 – 11. Our Playboy ($4)
We have to have a bet in the feature race at Cranbourne, the Cranbourne Cup, and this looks a perfect race for Our Playboy on the quick back up. He is a backmarker and this may be a bottomless track by race seven, but that may actually work in his favour. He has drawn wide so he will have room to work into the race and swoop around the outside, while there are a fair few natural leaders in this race, meaning the tempo will be high.
It’s an upset in the first! 😯

Doomben, Race 8 – 4. Tambo’s Mate ($5.50/$2.10)
While The Harrovian is certainly a cult hero, we are looking to get him beat here. He has to carry 60.5kg on a heavy track when first up from a spell. Considering the conditions, we have found the combination of Ryan Maloney and Tony Gollan – Tambo’s Mate. He is unbeaten on rain affected tracks, 2/2 on soft & 1/1 on heavy, has won fourth up previously and loves the 1200m.
Newcastle, Race 10 – 6. Gravina ($2.60)
We are looking to round out the Newcastle card with a winner and the favourite looks a great way to do that. Gravina is another Godolphin runner that loves getting back and leaving too much work to do in the finish but the positive for her here is she will get a rain affected track. She hasn’t missed a place from four runs on soft, with three of those being wins, and gets the services of James McDonald for the ride.
Ascot, Race 9 – 5. Acromantula ($3.40)
It takes a good horse for us to stray away from Pikey in the last over in WA but Acromantula has caught our attention. She is unbeaten from two first up runs, she has three wins from five runs at the distance and all his career wins have come at Ascot. He will get an easy run up the front on the rails from barrier 1 and will take some catching.
Best Bet – 6. Gravina (Newcastle, Race 10)
Next Best – 5. Acromantula (Ascot, Race 9)
Best Roughie – 2. Belle Plaisir (Cranbourne, Race 5)
