Talented filly Away Game is shooting to become the first galloper to take out the Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m) and Magic Millions 3YO Guineas (1400m)… will she be able to, or is she running into a smart one here?

Finished third behind Isotope and Away game two back before taking out the Group 3 Vo Rogue Plate (1400m) last outing. One of the better horses outside of the superstars, and is worth throwing in wider exotics.

2 – Our Playboy – $71

Took out the Group 3 Vain Stakes over Ranting early on in his young career and has looked nowhere near it since, the price tells the tale.

3 – Away Game – $4.20 👀🏆💰

Last year’s 2YO Magic Millions winner put together one of the most consistent juvenile seasons we’ve seen, and she only just got grabbed on the line by Isotope after a 33-week spell last start. Will be much fitter here, and Glen Boss loves the big stage. Goes in everything, is a massive chance, and it’s just a matter of if she’s running into an absolute star here.

4 – Yes Baby Yes – $71

Looks completely outclassed and has a bad draw, no baby, no.

5 – Amish Boy – $41 💰

Should enjoy the seven furlongs and it’s a powerful jockey / trainer combination. Could be worth throwing in wider exotics at the big price.

6 – Shooting For Gold – $41

Quick turnaround and experience at the Gold Coast are plusses, but this looks tough.

7 – Kavak – $126

Would have to start running now to be in the finish.

8 – Aim – $51

Turned in some promising performances early on in his career but has been shocking ever since, can’t have him here.

9 – Safework – $126

Safe to say we’re avoiding this plodder.

10 – Magic Conquerer – $126

The triple figure odds tell the tale.

11 – Mishani Fraudster – $201

$2001 would be a more realistic price.

12 – Forbidden Love – $5.50 👀🏆💰

Very smart filly and the clear third elect. Ran against the top Sydney fillies during the spring and wasn’t disgraced, and also ran well against the older girls in the Group 1 Empire Rose. Resumed well at Gosford and is worth throwing in everything.

13 – Isotope – $3.00 👀🏆💰

There’s no doubt Away Game should improve second up, but Isotope just looks something special. The inside may chop away by this time in the day which will favour swoopers like Isotope, who should relish the 1400m and meets Away Game 1.5kg better off than last time. Massive chance here and the price is more than fair.

14 – Smart ‘N’ Sexy – Scratched

15 – Gotta Kiss – $16 💰

Had a shocking run in transit and was nearly flattened last outing in the Vo Rogue, could run into fourth for wider exotics players.
