Waller Dominates 2020 Chelmsford Field with 9 Entrants

There’s certainly plenty of opportunity to back the wrong Waller horse in the 2020 Chelmsford Stakes (1600m), with the training giant boasting nine entrants in a field of 16 for the Group 2 contest.

His best chance appears to be Mister Sea Wolf ($8.50) who had a strong first up performance in the Group 2 Missile Stakes, and he will be joined with cups hopefuls Finche, Shared Ambition, and Miss Sentimental, as well as Wu Gok, Life Less Ordinary, Yulong Price, Brimham Rocks, and Danzdanzdance.

Early co-favourites are Godolphin’s Avilius, and Hawkes’ runner Angel Of Truth, who impressed first up for his new camp, both are at $5, ahead of Zebrowski at $6.50.
