A small but select field of 10 has been finalised to contest the $2 million 2020 Mackinnon Stakes (2000m) on Saturday at Flemington.
Opening favourite is Arcadia Queen, who put in a brave performance when finishing fifth in the Cox Plate (2040m).
On the second line of betting is kiwi mare Melody Belle, who has returned to Australia after racking up back-to-back Group 1 wins in New Zealand. She flew home to finish second behind Magic Wand in this race last year.
Magic Wand ran in the @CoxPlate and #MelbourneCup, then backed up five days later to win the Group 1 Mackinnon Stakes.

Mugatoo, who finished fourth in the Cox Plate is also prominent in the market, with Fifty Stars the other runner in single figures.
