The 2020 Coolmore Stud Stakes (1200m) is set to be a cracker, with a number of stars heading that way impressing in a hot jumpout on Thursday morning.
Roman Consul Stakes winner Wild Ruler took out the 800m jumpout in a time of 47.01 seconds, with a bunch finished behind the talented colt, including Zoutori, Farnan, Swats That, September Run, and River Night.
The performance of Farnan must be heartening for connections, as it was the first time the galloper had stepped out on the track since his unfortunate run in the Run To The Rose (1200m) where he was a beaten favourite.
September Run is currently the $5 favourite for the 2020 Coolmore Stud Stakes, with Farnan ($6) and Swats That ($6) on the next line of betting, and Wild Ruler at $6.50.
The 2020 Coolmore Stud Stakes will be run on Saturday, October 31st at Flemington on Derby Day.
